WHAT WE COLLECT
When you book an appointment or send an enquiry we collect your name, mobile number, email address and any notes you choose to share, such as allergies or preferences. We do not collect payment details on this website.
WHY WE COLLECT IT
Your details are used to confirm your appointment, send reminders by SMS, email and WhatsApp, keep a record of your visit history so your therapist can care for you better, and reply to your enquiries. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only the service providers who deliver our messages — our SMS gateway, email provider and the WhatsApp Business platform — and only the minimum they need to deliver your notification. Our staff can see your booking record to serve you at the spa.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Booking and visit records are kept while you remain a guest of Oasis and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting purposes. Enquiries are kept until they are resolved.
YOUR CHOICES
You can ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop sending you reminders, at any time. Write to hello@oasisthepearl.ca or call +1 (416) 555-0182 and we will act on it promptly.
COOKIES
